Doesn\'t exude confidence in his abilities, even though he has so many!	always available, had all the information to answer questions, provided encouragement and guidance, always had a positive attitude and was willing to step up to help!
Areas of improvement: Send shorter emails and/or break them into chewable chunks. Busy bodies we are and spend a great deal of time dealing with issues. Shorter email, direct and to the point. Great potentialities.	- Approachable: Can speak to him on all issues at any time; even at 10:30 PM, such as last night. - Calm demeanor, relatable. - takes his role seriously. - Diplomacy when dealing with members. - Gets job done in the most efficient manner possible. - Glad to have him as our Director as he will respond to any and all queries.
